CHRISTINE JAKEL (Ottawa Folk/Indie Singer Songwriter)
Christine's musical formation started at age 5 with classical piano, earning a Grade 9 certificate from the RoyalConservatory of Music in 2011. After completing a degree in classical voice in June 2016, she discovered songwriting as a more personal means of self-expression through music. FFO Joni Mitchell, Janis Joplin, Brandi Carlile, and the Staves.
