WEAVES (Toronto, Indie, BUZZ Recs)Toronto DIY four piece delivering art-damaged weird pop. "Lead singer Jazmyn Burke, originally of the band RatTail, has an awesome voice that is reminiscent of Karen O’s from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs--that is, if Karen O was the lead singer of your acid trips." -  www.ixdaily.com
"It’s effervescent with an edge, like early-90s US alt rock dipped in sugar: bubblegrunge, or something." - www.theguardian.com

PARTNER (Post-Classic Rock, Sackville, NB)
Partner is a disturbing merging of special talents, created by BFFs Lucy Niles and Josée Caron in order that they may freely explore topics as varied as time, memory, intimacy, friendship, canadiana, and sexuality. Influences: Ween, kd lang, Melissa Etheridge, Indigo Girls, Tegan and Sara.

THRIFTY KIDS (TO Alt Surf Indie Pop)
Hit the beach with theses Toronto soft pop rockers. Ethereal surf influenced guitars with gentle melodies by Sarah Cogan hearken back to simpler times.
