JIMMY GEORGE (Folk/Celtic Rock)
Formed in 1991, Jimmy George is a Canadian folk rock band, who blended Celtic folk with rock influences in a manner similar to Spirit of the West and Great Big Sea. A long Sunday nite residency at the Duke of Somerset Pub, 2 coast to coast Canadian tours, television appearances on CBC's RITA & FRIENDS, THE TOM GREEN SHOW & MUCH MUSIC plus the odd reunion show are just some of the highlights on the JG resume. House of TARG is stoked to have these accomplished musicians bring their special brand of fun to our very first no frills ST. Patrick's Day Party. For fans of The Pogues, Waterboys, Spirit of the West and Great Big Sea.
